About Star Capital Finance
Star Capital Finance was established in Prague in 2004. We were among the first advisory companies focusing on expatriates. At that time we mainly specialized in brokering mortgages and personal as well as corporate financing. After several years we became number one mortgage broker for international clients investing in property in the Czech Republic and CEE region.
As the financial market evolved and changed in 2009, we wanted to offer more to our existing and new clients to meet their needs. Based on our track record, expertise and knowledge of the finacial instruments we decided to expand our services to offer complex advisory in wealth management. We are ready to assist you in the area of mortgages, personal and corporate financing, financial planning, commercial property investment, investment instruments, QROPS and savings .

My business journey
I started to work at Star Capital Finance right from its start in 2004. At that time I was a fresh university graduate in Finance and Economics, full of ideas and ideals.
My initial role was to establish new business opportunities with financial institutions and new clients. I wanted to do even more with the business potential and eventually I was able to buy 100% shares of the company from its original shareholders.
From the beginning of my career I have been working to build Star Capital Finance brand strong and reputable . My goal is to be successful but at the same time respected by our clients, business partners and competitors. I aim to build long-term business relationships , I want clients to be returning to us.
I believe that to be the winner in any business it does not only involve an actual expertise but also integrity. At the end of each day I want to look at myself in the mirror and realize that I have done the best I could to maintain both of these aspects.

Martin Jaroš
Independent Consultant and Lecturer
Martin has over 20 years of experience working in multinational companies such as Shell, Czech Refining Company, Philip Morris, Kraft Foods, at both local C-level jobs, as well as senior roles in global positions. Using that experience he is now enjoying advising both multinational corporations, as well as helping local smaller companies grow their local presence. He is also a lecturer for Controller Institute in the area of Strategic Controlling, Change Management and BI Solutions.

Miloš Škorec
Attorney and Partner at Law Firm SHM Partners s.r.o.
Miloš gained his initial experience working for over 10 years as an attorney in local Bratislava law firms.
In 2011 he and his partners established the law firm SHM Partners s.r.o. specializing in business (corporate) law, contractual law, civil rights law, EU law and legal due diligence.

Tomáš Vašáry
Former Marketing Executive and Consultant and now Co-owner of dressage stable DS Pelikán s.r.o.
In his professional marketing past Tomáš worked in global roles for Ogilvy&Mather in CEE region, as Marketing Director for Raiffeisen stavební spořitelna and Marketing Consultant for Raiffeisen International. Tomáš has extensive knowledge of the marketing industry in the international context.
Loving horses, in 2007 Tomáš together with his wife Hana founded dressage stable Pelican where they train 1st class dressage horses.
